Chair Yoga Club provides energising and engaging Chair Yoga Flow exercise classes in Care homes, community groups and individuals at home. A unique activity that combines safe seated exercise, sensory equipment such as TheraBand’s, Pilates balls, hand therapy balls and mindful relaxation. A budget-friendly and affordably priced activity, so that your residents can benefit from our sessions on a regular basis. Every Instructor has full insurance, specialist Chair Yoga Training and DBS checks.
